Walking to Stratford Circus

The nearest tube station is Stratford. This is on the Central and Jubilee lines, the D.L.R. and over ground. Stratford Bus Station is a major transport hub and just outside the train station sharing Meridian Square as its access point.

On leaving the station continue straight over the main road bearing left before the Mall entrance, walking next to the road just crossed, Great Eastern Road, for about 300 metres will bring you to Theatre Square, with the Picture House on your left, Theatre Royal Stratford East on your right and Stratford Circus straight ahead. This route is level.

Alternatively you can access us through Stratford Mall.
From the station cross Great Eastern Road and directly into the Mall, which is laid out in a cross shape.
Once you reach the centre of the mall, take a left and you will pass New look, Peacocks, you will then exit the Mall where the level rises. At the top of the ramp bear right passing the Theatre Royal on your right, Stratford Circus is the next building.

There are accessible car parks within easy access of the building. Stratford multi storey car park (entrance off Great Eastern Road) this has 675 spaces with 38 spaces dedicated for blue badge holders. There are also 8 accessible bays on Salway Road within 10 metres of Stratford Circus behind the Picture House.

The entrance door to Stratford Circus is automatic and opens outwards and has a clear opening width of 2 meters across a level threshold.

The entrance door leads directly into the foyer, reception area to your right which is well lit and has an induction loop. The reception desk is low, well lit with ample space.

Stratford Circus has 3 floors, all of which can be reached by the lift by reception. There are accessible toilets on each floor. All doors are wide and are easily accessible for wheelchairs users.

The DLR, London Overground and main rail services from Liverpool Street, all serve Stratford station.

The Richmond/Clapham Junction to Stratford Overground line has reopened with new spacious, air-conditioned trains with improved security and accessibility.


Bus route 257, 69 (24 hour service) and 308 stop outside Stratford Circus in Great Eastern Road. Other services running to Stratford station are as follows: 25 (24 hour service), 86, 104, 108 (24 hour service), 158, 238, 241, 262, 276, 425, 473, D8.


There are several pay and display car parks within walking distance to Stratford Circus.


There is a nearby multi-storey car park which operates paid parking. This is accessible via a ramp along the ring road just before the bus station, see map above. The entrance to this car park is easily missed! Keep a lookout for Service Route 1 on your right-hand side and turn left after the sign. Alternative parking includes Westfield Stratford City Shopping Centre (paid) and Morrisons next to Stratford Library on The Grove. See map above.


Stratford Circus has a few cycle racks available. They are located opposite the entrance to the building.
